Además, Septiembre elige ser Joven para desatar una multiplicidad de propuestas sobre los escenarios urbanos de la ciudad elegidos por las juventudes que la habitan, y da lugar a la música y al diseño, al circo y a los deportes, a los talleres, los concursos y los foros, mientras monta fábricas de objetos reinventados y construcción de reciclados en el corazón de los galpones del río.
También en septiembre, Rosario ofrece innumerables muestras que invitan a recorrer museos y centros culturales e instituciones de la ciudad. Todas las expresiones y todas las propuestas tendrán su día y su lugar en este mes con una programación que abarca e incluye a todos los distritos y sus barrios.
